Ep. 33 - MPA's Today we will dive into the MPA's. Marine Protected Areas tend to be places where management is used to prevent the collapse of the fisheries and local eco systems by industrial fishing fleets. But what happens when the ocean's last chance is being sold to oil companies at an alarming rate. We all drive cars and our antiquated country systems still run on fossil fuels, but there must be a middle ground between exploiting and preserving our natural resources. Can't wait to talk about the MPA's, enforcement, and changing laws that will affect all of us for generations to come. Since we are somewhat back at work, we have moved the show to Saturday so more people have the option to join
