Anton is the founder at House of Transformation and Selgars Estate. Anton is a designer, consultant and entrepreneur who has been working at the intersection of tech, sustainability and real estate for the past 12 years. He is also one of the co-founders behind the village building initiative also knows as the Re:Build movement. Selgars Mill Estate is a private hire venue located in the Culm Valley of Mid Devon. We host team building retreats, corporate offsites, workations, slow coliving, weddings, wellness retreats, nature immersions, educational and leadership programmes, families, school groups, local events, holiday rentals and our very own re:build and enchanted village gatherings. Anton is an architect turned entrepreneur. Born in Moscow, grew up in London and now living in Stockholm. He is the founder of Exponentials, a strategic consultancy that works with real estate developers and investors across Europe. He has been involved in setting up and running several coliving and coworking communities and is also the cofounder of an indoor farming startup in Stockholm called Urban Oasis. Anton’s passion and purpose is to pave the way for a new architecture that is rooted in the study and practice of human and organisational development.
