From the southern states of the U.S to the northern peaks of Canada, the Appalachian mountain range is notorious for not only its stunning and challenging trail. It’s also known for countless cryptids, witches, apparitions and other unexplainable phenomena. This week Harry starts his 3 parter (maybe 4?) with some historical context and land acknowledgments before moving into some of the folklore and superstition that you may encounter from anti witch chairs to branches of walnut strewn across the house.
