Not all locations are created equal. If you’re paying attention to what’s happening in the world, you know there are places you don’t want to be. In this video, I’m going to share with you why the Americas will continue to be THE place to be. Reason #1 is not obvious… Lots of Latin America is just now starting to industrialize. That means the one-time gift of industrialization is just now appearing in some of the most beautiful places in the world. If you catch one of these places on the way up, you can make life-changing money… while living a really pleasant lifestyle with luxury on the cheap.Reason #2 is that North Americans are welcome in Latin America. All the countries of Latin America are used to North Americans coming and staying and buying property. It’s also easy to get to from North America.Reason #3 is corruption. Corruption is good. Corruption in North America happens at a level you have no control over. Corruption in Latin America happens at a level you can influence. The governments are also incompetent. Which means you get left alone. Reason #4 is that you can front-run the trend of money coming out of North America. So many areas from Panama City to the Riviera Maya to Lake Atitlan where I bought property in 2000 have exploded because even a small amount of money makes property prices skyrocket. If you settle in an area where money from North America is going to go next… you can get paid well to live well.Reason #5 is land. Latin America is the largest tract of arable land on earth with the fewest people, easy access to water, totally incompetent governments and a welcoming population where your money goes farther than in North America.
