Leadership books have become a dime-a-dozen. But that’s what we have in a new book called “End The Reign of Pain: Identifying and Treating Toxic Leadership.” In this book, by Dr. Rickardo Bodden unpacks what toxic leadership is, what causes it, and how toxic leaders can de-tox and how churches and other organizations can keep themselves from becoming an incubator for toxic leaders. Rickardo Bodden is a pastor in the Washington, D.C., area, is a retired Air Force officer, and holds a doctorate in strategic leadership.
