Ep. 35 - Chris Gronkowski - Gronk Family / Former NFL Player / Speaker / Creator of Ice Shaker / Husband & Father

Chris Gronkowski first made a career for himself in the NFL. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys and during his career also played for the Broncos and the Colts. Once he retired from the NFL, he decided to put his business skills to the test and set out to create a protein shaker bottle that would alleviate many of the issues he and the other athletes experience with standard shakers. Chris created the Ice Shaker, a state of the art shaker that keeps drinks cold for over 30 hours and has a vacuum sealed pop-top lid. He and his brothers (Rob Gronkowski, Gordie Gronkowski, Dan Gronkowski and Glenn Gronkowski) invaded ABC’s Shark Tank. However, it was not the brothers competing this time, it was the sharks. The Shark Tank investors, including guest judge Alex Rodriguez, all clamored for a piece of the Ice Shaker. With offers from all 5 sharks, Chris accepted an offer from Mark Cuban and Alex Rodriguez. The Ice Shaker has been exploding in sales ever since and continues to be a best seller. Chris and his wife have three young boys all under the age of 3.
