In this ballot a proposition of 6.38B dollars which would half tax paying Americans  310 Million for the next 30 years which equates to paying 42,000 for each homeless individual in the state of California....While Private Security Services was not included with the Prop 1. Millions of Americans will continue to deal with public safety, as Law Enforcement has been saturated, leaving many local businesses and residents of California without many options in protection of themselves or property. In this weeks Podcasts, we will be weighing in the positive and negatives of the Proposition and how it will affect everyday persons working in the mental and behavioral field if the law passes.
