Kathy Cocks grew up overseas in Vietnam and the Philippines where her parents worked as missionaries. Then she married Steve who joined the military leading to quite a nomadic life. She is also a registered nurse who has worked in ICU, schools and now with older adults aging in place. After 11 years working as geriatric nurse she has started her own podcast Knowledge for Caregivers to help families as they deal with aging loved ones. Having also dealt with physical and mental health challenges she is passionate to share her experiences to teach others how to manage these needs.
