There are reasons; there are answers that can sometimes be found in the breath.  I have lost my voice, and there is a reason for it. It's not simply I have laryngitis. I am in the midst of a healing process when your body is releasing toxins within your cellular structure that no longer serve your greatest good. So while I am at retreat I have asked for volunteers who would like to read a message for you today. I was hoping to make this a thing but retreats are busy and we only had time to record one.
