In this episode, host, Antoinetta Mosley shares a differentiating tool for change agents and leaders: creating a personal mission statement. Antoinetta estimates that 10% or less of those ages 13 and older have a personal mission statement based on asking audiences of all ages across the country. For example, when she asked the question in two recent speaking engagements, one with a group of high school and collegiate student athletes and another with community leaders, Antoinetta was the only person who had a personal mission statement. After speaking to the student-athletes, she challenged each of them to create their own mission within 4 days of the speech. 7 completed the challenge!
