A former kicker in the Canadian Football League, Wihan has long been a student of legendary NFL kicker Mike Hollis and his ProForm methods, and offers specialist virtual coaching from South Africa. Wihan explains that at the heart of goal-kicking, everything is about body position and momentum, and how those mechanics – rather than how or where you place the ball – control kicking contact.
