In today's episode I had the opportunity to interview another student from UCF and my mentee, Karla Santiago. I talk about how Karla followed the advice I've shared with her in terms of networking and how she's been successful by doing so. Karla also shares her unique story about traveling from Puerto Rico after it was devastated by hurricanes just a year ago and her journey through college thus far.
