His life long journey culminated in his current obsession with everything to do with fitness and nutrition, transforming himself from a fat kid growing up in a small town to the rock star personal trainer, online coach and writer that he is today. In his own words his current work is: "The result of me consistently screwing up until I finally got it right." In today's episode we discuss Jason's strange and phenomenal transformation from aerospace engineer to fitness expert, his mission to teach others what he has learnt about building muscle and how to develop literally whatever body part you want and the science behind building muscle.
