For the investor, protect your investor. If times, if it starts, you know, starts pulling back and the market starts going down, look at the pending properties. Look at the active properties. Ronnie mentions that over time, he realized that is so important. Ronnie would say in the last year and a half,  mainly from Gabe, Mark and Marty.
