This episode is me being super raw and passionate about the underbelly of my work..February brought a collective wave that many people could feel but few were willing to speak about..Conversations around sexuality, abuse, power dynamics, and the darker shadow of our culture are erupting everywhere, and for many of us it’s bringing old wounds, anger, grief and truth to the surface..In this episode I speak openly about:• the collective sexual shadow we are facing• why abuse and power dynamics are still embedded in our systems• the difference between sexual liberation and wounded over-sexualisation• why reclaiming the body is revolutionary• how sovereignty actually begins in the nervous system and soma• why real change starts inside the individual body.This isn’t a comfortable conversation, even for me.
