Ep. 36 - The Business of Developing Whole Humans

from Chasing the Kingdom · host John Balauat - Kingdom Business Coach, Christian Entrepreneur

In this episode of the “Chasing the Kingdom” podcast I conclude my conversation with Justin Ashurst. We continue to talk about his journey from ministry to business and his desire to help people be made whole. We even talk about subjects like fasting, community, and taking Sabbaticals! About Justin Ashurst: I have been a Pastor and Counselor for the last seven years and in ministry for the last fourteen years. Prior to that, I spent 10 years as a Naval Officer aboard a submarine. I have the heart of a shepherd and love working with individuals and small groups. I have a particular heart for ministry leaders and pastors. But I enjoy working with anyone. I have worked with those struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, sexual integrity, sexual identity, abuse victims, church hurt, trauma, leadership wounds, and those who aren't quite sure what is going on. I’m certified in the Prepare and Enrich Premarital and Marital Assessment. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I have a Masters in Biblical Studies (2018) and a Masters in Counseling (2016) from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. I also have a BAS in Physics (2004) from the University of Illinois. I obtained my license for mental health counseling (LMHC) in the state of Florida in 2021. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Elise since 2010 and we have four wonderful children. About The Becoming Whole Center: The Becoming Whole Center exists to come alongside people and facilitate healing and wholeness so that they can have a greater kingdom impact.
