Ep. 36 Underwater Cities

At different points of your life you've sat back and pondered, probably while under the influence of a psychedelic, where do I fit into humanity's timeline? Did civilizations equally or more advanced than us exist thousands of years ago? What is my purpose? Did I leave toaster oven on at home this morning? These along with other life conundrums are questions we ask ourselves on this podcast. On today's show we answer one of these perplexing introspections. Yes. Yes, you did leave the toaster oven on. Oh that, and there are tens, perhaps hundreds of cities buried deep below our ocean surfaces. How did they end up there? What does this mean for future coastlines? Our way of life? Will humans be an aquatic civilization by the year 3200? Sit down with us and dive deep into the podcast waters of sunken, hidden, underwater cities. We're joined by the hilarious, the sultry, the gregarious, Todd Wheat. Beer for today's show was generously donated by one of our favorite podcasts – Southern Spirits Podcast. If their tagline – "Drinking Our Way Through the Folklore of the South," doesn't entice you to listen, slap yourself right in the mouth because you should be questioning your life decisions.
