Ep. 363: How the Heck to Get a Human on the Phone

This week, the guys have some thoughts about human interaction, especially when it happens in a customer service setting. Evan has literally been on the phone for days on end, and he was basically locked in a loop of talking to an automated answering machine with no end in sight. So, did he break through and talk to a person? Or is he still stuck?! Josh and Evan also had a funny ice cream customer service interaction, and it got them talking about other customer service stuff. Maybe it's good to get on the phone and talk to someone, or even communicate in person once in a while!
