Currently, she is also the Chief Inspiration Officer and Founder of The Winning Element, an online performance platform that is revolutionizing athlete development. As a young athlete, Deanna learned she had to earn it every day. From playing time, the college scholarship, to her career after sports Deanna was ready to work for it. The southern California native played Division I Volleyball at The University of Texas: Rio Grande Valley where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Marketing & a Master’s in Business Administration. The journey led Deanna to want to give back to athletes teaching them the things she wishes she knew; Gaining the mental edge. Deanna holds professional certifications in mental performance, nutrition, and strength and conditioning where she now brings that together in her company The Winning Element.
