In essence, we're at an exciting time in our industry. Most gyms are knocking on the door of the 5 year mark - a huge milestone for entrepreneurs. It also represents a shifting business climate. The reality is that 1/2 of all businesses fail by the 5 year mark. This is the crux of today's episode.
