It's something that we ought to be more concerned about seeing as how the Bible tells us that if "anyone loves the world system then the love of the Father is not in him." That seems fairly serious. The world system is set up by Satan to deceive us so how would we know if we were being deceived in to loving it? The answer is not readily apparent. For this reason most Christians do not plan to get ensnared by the world and walk far from God but, as Andy Stanley says, "they do not plan not to."So in this episode Dennis discusses some of Watchman Nee's book "Love Not the World" and how Christians fall prey to the predations of the world system through how we use our finances to buy things of the world, how we choose lifestyles that can entangle us with the world, and even how we can trust in the State to save us when really the government is just a worldly instrument that is capable of great evils.
