EP 37: Trauma Versus Lived Experiences

In this episode, we unpack a tough moment where an adult volunteer lost their cool and screamed at student volunteers during a kids’ program. We talk about what that kind of behavior teaches kids about authority, power, and how they see themselves. We share some of our own stories, too - times when we had to figure out how to stand up for ourselves or when we didn’t.
