He emphasizes the importance of gathering prior imaging, taking a thorough history and comprehensive physical exam, and calculating Villalta scale and Venous Clinical Severity Score (VCSS) for deep venous disease. Minhaj then tells us more about his approach to complex cases. We cover his setup and intra-op workflow in patients with good inflow, poor inflow, and prior chronically occluded stents.
