Jeff is the founder and lead investigator of Tracking The Unknown, an independent project focused on structured documentation and analysis of unidentified aerial phenomena. Jeff approaches the subject from an evidence-driven perspective, with a clear separation between observation and interpretation. That framework was put to the test in August 2025, when, during an active investigation, he experienced an encounter with an unidentified aerial object.
