On the front page of the country’s only national newspaper is a story that paints former Chicago Police Sergeant Ronald Watts as Denzel Washington’s character in “Training Day”. The heroine is their tale, State Attorney Kim Foxx who’s handing out free cash to seemingly anyone ever arrested by Sgt. Watts.
