In today’s episode we are talking about the dangers behind giving your kids access to smart phones and social media. What is really happening behind the screen and what are they seeing when they’re spending time on these devices. As parent’s it’s important that we know how to talk to our kids about the usage of social media and smart phones and that we understand what they’re being exposed to so we can better protect them. I am giving you some tips on what I do that has really helped me and my kids stay safe, care for their mental health, and honor their privacy.
