She created Colombia's 1st 100% operated by woman coffee factory Leader and founder of “Ecowomen by La Divisa” recycling program, where women artisans transform used coffee bags into handcrafted corporate gifts. 100% of sales of these products go straight to this fantastic group of talented women. Silvana is the first woman SCA “Coffee Diploma” professional in Colombia. *SCA (World Specialty Coffee Association). Silvana developed La Divisa´s business plan creating new business lines including coffee services, brewing stations for private and corporative events, coffee cupping experiences, and coffee educational programs under La Divisa Academy brand working with multinational companies such as Coca-Cola, Grand Hyatt, and P&G among others.
