She created Colombia's 1st 100% operated by woman coffee factory Leader and founder of “Ecowomen by La Divisa” recycling program, where women artisans transform used coffee bags into handcrafted corporate gifts. 100% of sales of these products go straight to this fantastic group of talented women. Silvana is the first woman SCA “Coffee Diploma” professional in Colombia. *SCA (World Specialty Coffee Association).
