Kristen Coffield is the founder and owner of The Culinary Cure, a consulting business and education website dedicated to helping people harness the power of food to change their lives. Kristen is a passionate advocate for food as medicine. She reinvented her life after a series of events that left her health compromised, spiritually depleted and emotionally drained. Taking the simple daily habit of eating, Kristen turned what was on the end of her fork into a superpower to fuel her best life. She is regularly a featured speaker and wants to inspire you to use food to “live as you mean it!” The Kitchen Intervention is Kristen’s signature program for addressing the root cause of peoples’ frustrations with shopping, cooking and eating healthier. It is a process that reboots the kitchen to be a powerful partner in wellness transformation, eliminating useless habits and mindsets around food, and cooking, and creating new health-supporting ones. Kristen has created a signature Master Class that is not complicated, expensive or hard to follow. The Culinary Cure Master Class is a stepping stone for creating positive life changes.
