Ep. 38 - Sea Stories with Morgan Butkus

Morgan was in the navy for 4 years and sailed all around the world. He originally joined the Navy to get away from his hometown after watching his friends struggle and pass away due to drug use. He was determined to find a different path and not allow his life to end up the same.  Throughout this episode, Morgan reminisces about his time in the Navy, telling stories of ship life and the experiences he lived through. While he acknowledges not every day was great, they did culminate to be the "good ol days".  Morgan also discusses how he has benefited from his time in and continues to use the GI Bill to complete his degree.
