James, an ex-undercover cop, goes on the search for a young girl Amanda who disappears from her home. While delving into the mystery he learns about something called The Empty Man, an urban legend. If walking on a bridge at night you should find an empty bottle and blow into it while thinking of The Empty Man then by the third day after he'll get you.
