EP 38 - THIS IS OTTIE
from Relatables Hosted by Relatables Studios
JOIN PATREON HERE FOR THE EXTRA QUESTIONS In this episode, Ottie takes us right back to the beginning and tells the story of how he became the person you know today. From growing up in a small coastal town in Australia and spending most of his childhood obsessed with soccer, to navigating friendships, family, identity and the pressure of trying to work out where he belonged, Ottie opens up about the moments that shaped him. He talks about the highs and lows of soccer, what it was like having so much of his identity tied to the sport, and the difficult decision to eventually walk away from the path he thought his life was supposed to follow. We also get into his uni years, the chaos of his early twenties, finding new passions, starting businesses, gardening eras, relationships and all the random decisions that somehow led to The Relatables. It’s an honest look at Ottie’s life so far, the good, the messy, the lessons learned and the moments that completely changed his direction.
