Ep. 38 - Ute Behrendt - Sacred Plant Medicines, Facilitation & Psycho-Spiritual Integration

Ute and I met at the Amazonian plant medicine center, the Temple of the Way of Light, where she works as a facilitator for plant-medicine ceremonies working with the Shipibo lineage of medicine. I’ve worked with Ute for a number of years now and really enjoy her partnership, wisdom, kindness, and care for all of the guests she looks after. She has had a varied and interesting life including working in psychiatric hospitals and in therapeutic institutions in Germany. She has also spent a number of years learning from a strong Shipibo family of doctors. I think this gives her a really balanced and holistic approach to her work.
