As a certified personal and professional development coach and financial services professional with almost 20 years of corporate experience in the industry, Crystal E. Ward seeks to help individuals and organizations unlock and unpack their potential through motivational speaking, coaching and workshops on various topics. She lives by her personal motto: to inspire, to motivate and to connect. She believes that God has played an instrumental role in shaping her to become the woman that she is today and her passion is to utilize all of her professional and personal experiences to help others discover their purpose and not only live their best life, but live an abundant life. As a former Senior Vice President at Citibank in the Commercial Bank, she's had the opportunity to work with several CEO’s and CFO’s to provide guidance on the best financial strategies for their business.  She served as the former Co-Chair of the Women In Commercial Leadership Program and  Co-Chair for the Black Heritage Network. Prior to Citi, she had an extensive banking career at JPMorgan Chase. Currently, she serves as the board chair for Unique People Services, a Bronx based not for profit that helps adults with developmental disabilities and also as and elder and Finance Chair for the Ephesus Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Harlem, NY. She is passionate about motivating others to live an abundant life. She seeks opportunities to inspire others by the work she has done personally, motivate others to do the same for themselves and connect them with individuals that would help their goals become materialized. She conducts workshops on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, personal development and empowerment and am widely known for mentoring youth and providing professional and personal development coaching to adults. She has also served as a keynote speaker for several women’s conferences and professional events and is in the midst of authoring a book: “Be The Total You”. She holds a Bachelor of Finance and Investments and a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and recently completed the Executive Program in Management at Columbia Business School. She is a certified coach, a National Urban Fellow and a recipient of the Network Journal’s Forty Under Forty Achievement Award.
