He oversees more than 23,000 employees and has spent his career learning farming practices from every corner of the globe. Yet through it all, he’s remained the same Jeff: the outdoorsman that’s still chasing wildlife and still loving the farm. Jeff shares his story and talks about how lessons learned in the outdoors can shape better leaders.
