This one is just me. No guest. No interview. Just Kelly sitting with you and getting really honest. After my conversation with Eric Bigger in Episode 3, I found myself thinking about something that goes way beyond his story. Something that belongs to all of us. The gap between the life we know is ours and the one we are actually living. I talk about the leap I am taking with this show and why it is uncomfortable. I talk about losing relationships when I started choosing myself. I talk about the grief of losing my mom and the grief of losing a version of me that no longer fit.
