Ep. 4: C is for Craigellachie

In this episode we talk about a great Speyside whisky distillery called Craigellachie. We discuss their range of whiskies including the release we try, alongside worm tubs (not real worms) and take a slightly deeper dive into the role fermentation has on the end spirit flavour, and why sometimes leaving more of an undesirable aspect can be good in the long run.
