Not to beat yourself up — just to have an honest look. Think about care: are members actually reading the papers and asking questions when something doesn't look right? Think about loyalty: are decisions being publicly supported once they're made? Think about obedience: are you following your constitution and your legal obligations, or quietly working around the bits that are inconvenient?
