Ep 4: Clarity Before Action

Confused people don't make decisions (and if they do they may not be good decisions). In this episode we dive deep into the 5 Pillars of Clarity every real estate investor must have to give themselves the best chance at investment success. We'll talk about the different goals an investor may have, how to dig deep to uncover true motivations and objectives, how to find and use available assets (see Season 1 Ep. 2 for a deeper discussion of assets), identifying correct price points, payments, and types of properties and why location is always the last pillar.
