Florence Larroca was the first female to achieve the Executive Vice-President position at Campbell Soup Hispanic Division. After 20+ years in the corporate world she started her entrepreneurial career. Her life took a sudden turn when she suffered a severe TBI. She was a single mother of three kids and for 13 year felt hopeless and lost, struggling to learn to live with her 'new normal'. With faith in God and an unwavering belief, she preserved and carried the burdens which had been placed on her shoulders. Taking a new approach to her health, she began to see dramatic improvements in her daily condition and capabilities.  Today Florence draws on her health journey and deep leadership background to teach women in the English and Spanish-speaking communities about health and entrepreneurship.
