from The Full Circl Podcast · host CIRCL

Welcome to the fourth episode of The Full Circl Podcast! Today we’re joined by the articulate Law graduate, first generation immigrant, and Future Leader first Hamda Mohamed. Hamda details her lengthy and challenging journey to success as a first generation immigrant to the UK. At such a young age, Hamda works a prolific job for a Strategic Communications startup firm and has a background in Law. The journey to get here however was incredibly tough, and starting from the bottom Hamda has overachieved past her own expectations. Hamda dedicates everything to her parents and the community she’s come from. This is reflected in other passions such as community organising, educating and building, and developing young people from marginalised communities. Embedded along the way are incredible learnings from her life such as seeking inspiration from role models, overcoming adversities, and remembering the importance of the diverse language and culture you come from. Hamda keeps it real, and is so open to sharing her unique and powerful story, that you are guaranteed to leave with some humble learnings which widen your outlook. The Full Circl Podcast takes a closer look into the lives and stories of the aspirational young people who have graduated from our programmes here at Circl. A range of powerful themes are explored throughout each episode such as the powerful stories of these Future Leaders, their future aspirations, and their takes on the struggles of being a young person in the modern world.
