Ep. 4 - How Do We Build the Future in an Unpredictable World?

How can we prepare for the future in the face of complex situations? In this episode of The Policy Lab, we explore how to address wicked problems that involve multiple actors, interests, and perspectives, and how strategic planning can help us explore possible futures and support decision-making in uncertain contexts. Using the Monterrey Metropolitan as a case study, we analyze the challenges of ensuring adequate and affordable housing by 2040.
