Check us out on: Facebook- @grabeminthebrisket Instagram- @grabeminthebrisket Twitter- @grabthebrisket Email- [email protected]     World’s Best Pickled Jalapeno Poppers - by Jan Moore Ingredients: 2 large cans of whole pickled jalapenos 1 Package of your favorite bacon 1 package of cream cheese 1 cup brown sugar ½ tablespoon of chili powder ½ tablespoon of cumin 1 teaspoon of kosher salt ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic   Instruction Mix brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl and set it aside to use as your rub. Cut the jalapenos length wise. Stuff the peppers with cream cheese. Wrap the cream cheese stuffed jalapeno with ½ strip of bacon (make sure the bacon wraps around the popper at least 2x) Secure the bacon with a toothpick. Coat your bacon wrapped poppers in the rub you mixed earlier. Cook on indirect heat @250 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (until the bacon gets cooked to your liking) Enjoy!
