I wholeheartedly believe every woman should have access to the wisdom expressed and shared in this episode. Jema is a Menstrual Cycle expert, qualified Natural Fertility Educator, Ayurvedic Coach and the creator of Wellsome. Over the past decade, she’s helped guide women in over 30 countries to embrace their monthly cycles and deepen body awareness through personalized coaching, online courses, retreats & workshops.I had the privilege of experiencing the power of Jem’s work (and by extension, Jane Hardwicke Colling’s work, Jem’s teacher) firsthand in 2023 when I invited Jem to Guest Teach in my annual online mentorship program Heal Her, and on Retreat with us.
