EP 4 MATT PINFIELD

Bobby sits down with his longtime friend Matt Pinfield, the legendary music historian and iconic radio and TV host, for a wide-ranging conversation about survival, rock history, and the moments that shape a life in music. From their Jacksonville connections and Matt’s recovery journey after his stroke to MTV’s golden era, Oasis on live TV, sobriety, spirituality, and near-death wake-up calls, this episode moves fast and goes deep. Along the way, Matt shares how he built his own radio station as a kid, fought his way into MTV, interviewed artists with real respect, and narrowly missed signing The Killers.
