This is Part one of two since we managed to record over 5 hours on this one. Matt and Gretchen Emrich are finally here. We talk about Italy, some climbing in the Black Hills, how Gretchen taught Matt evereything he knows about climbing, the meaning of undercover dirtbags, how Matt and Gretchen manage married life with the career's we live, and lastly we talk about mental health.
