Ep 4. - Spirituality, faith, and moving through grief

In this episode I'm joined by my cousin, Amanda, as we explore spirituality, faith, and moving through grief. In the first half of the episode, we open up about our journeys understanding our own spiritual but not religious beliefs and our own powerful Reiki experiences. In that spirit, I share three core components of my spiritual beliefs.   During the second half of the episode my partner, Austin, joins us as we honor our Aunt MarySue Kasten on her second birthday in heaven. We open up about our grieving process, receiving signs from spirit, and transmuting pain to something healing.  The episode ends with a beautiful song written by Amanda for MarySue with a beautiful tribute to another beautiful soul, Pap.
