Special Edition: Interview w/ Elizabeth Sandoz Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor had a dramatic storyline from the very beginning, which centered on this episode's special guest Elizabeth Sandoz (aka. "Liz" aka. "Mrs. Iglesias"). Elizabeth met Nick nine months prior to shooting The Bachelor at Jade and Tanner's wedding and they, "well, um, kinda, um, you know, um...had sex." Pretty sure those were Nick's exact words to the ladies.
