He brings extensive experience in healthcare supply chain, sourcing and value analysis, with prior leadership roles at Johns Hopkins Health System and Cleveland Clinic. Allen holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University.
