Ep 403 STOP The 1st Step In Interrupting Automatic Behavior

Please listen for updates on Alive AF! and Sober October.. and what's coming at the end of October! And I am dissecting the 1st step in my signature way to interrupt our automatic behavior with drinking. It's STOPPING. We think this should be easy and simple and it can be, but you need to be conscious that you are making a decision and then stopping and becoming aware of the decision you are making. This is part one of a three part episode series where I go into detail of the SNP Stop Notice Process tool. Make sure you are on my email list at www.angelamascenik.com ABOUT: Angela Mascenik is a certified life coach who helps women stop over-drinking and start living. After over-drinking for 20 years while raising three kids and building a career, she found coaching, and it changed everything. Now she helps high-achieving women get to the root of why they're drinking in the first place, without shame and without willpower. She's the host of Stop Over-Drinking and Start Living, founder of the Alive AF! membership, and owner of The Magic House Retreat Center in Lisbon, Portugal.
