He's beaten Bobby Flay in a head to head Chicken Fried Steak Competition. He's been named the Official Chuck Wagon of Oklahoma by the Governor.  More than just a pretty face, Kent has also been named the Best Cowboy Humorist and Storyteller of the Year by the Academy of Western Artists. He's the author of 3 cookbooks, "Comfort Food the Cowboy Way," "Faith, Family & the Feast," and "A Taste of Cowboy." Folks, this guy's funny, tanned, grizzled and smoked.
